Aloe vera, also known as the Miracle Plant, the Natural Healer,
the Burn Plant, has gone by many names over the 4000 or so years during which this amazing
medicinal herb has benefited mankind.
Researchers have found
it was used both by the ancient Chinese and Indian cultures. Greek and Roman physicians such as Dioscorides and Plinty the
Elder used it to great effect and legend suggests that Aristotle persuaded Aleksander the Great to capture the island of Socotra
in the Indian Ocean to get its rich supply of aloe to heal his wounded soldiers.
The Egyptian queens Nefertiti and Cleopatra rated it highly as a beauty therapy, for in those days, health and beauty
were linked far more than they are today.

Today the reputation of this remarkable plant continues to grow. It is used by millions
of people around the world for both external applications and internal use, many of which are documented
in Magazines & Newspapers.
Aloe Vera acts as a coagulant
to stop bleeding, it reduces pain, prevents swelling, is bacteriostatic,
debrides dead tissue which accompanies pussing and inflammation, and it prevents scarring by not closing
off oxygen to the effecting area.
It can penetrate several layers of tissue carrying its
healing properties to the cellular level. Aloe Vera has the ability to break down impacted material
in the bowel, it detoxifies and is viricidal and fungicidal. It has many vitamins, minerals,
amino acids and enzymes and is able to strengthen the immune system and enable
better absorption of nutrients.
Aloe Vera is totally safe and has no known side effects.
